Agreement

We are a family friendly event welcoming people of all ages, races, genders, cultures, and walks of life. This means promoting respect & agreeing to treat each other well. Public intoxication & drug abuse is unacceptable. We reserve the right to (and will) intervene if we believe anyone is acting inappropriately  or disrespectfully. Underage drinking is illegal. There are NO Fires allowed and NO Glass!

Where is the festival?

The festival is located at The Historic Virginia Key Beach Park on Virgina Key right outside of the City of Miami, please see the directions page for more info.

Can we swim at the festival or is there swimming nearby?

The beach front directly along our festival’s site is a no swim zone. It is not life-guarded and there are strong, hazardous currents. The good news is that close to the campgrounds is a beautiful non life-guarded beach that is swim at your own risk and a life-guarded beach just beyond the camping area to the North within a short walking distance.

Can I bring my dog?

We love dogs but sorry, no pets allowed. Check out some boarding options here

Is camping close to the main stages and activities?

Yes, the campground is very near the main festival site and all activities.

What sort of facilities does the festival have?

There are no electric or water hookups in the campgrounds, however nearby you will find running water bathrooms and showers, along with portable toilets around the festival grounds.

Is the festival handicapped accessible?

Yes, the roads around the site are paved and easy to get around.

Is there an ATM on-site?

Yes

Are food and beverages available?

Yes, there will be a diverse offering of food available for sale and there will be beer and wine for sale as well.

Can I bring my cooler?

At the Historic Virginia Key Beach Park there is no glass allowed. Beer will be sold on-site thus no alcoholic beverages can be brought into the main festival site. So, yes, you can bring a cooler into the main festival site with your food and non-alcoholic beverages but please remember No Glass Containers. Campers can also bring coolers to their campsites. We do discourage disposable styrofoam coolers.

Can I bring my golf cart or motorized scooter?

No, there are no personal motorized vehicles permitted on-site.

What if it’s raining?

The festival will go on rain or shine! Our 10,000 sq. ft. dance tent provides shelter from both rain and sun.

How much does it cost to park?

Day Parking is managed by the Park Staff and is $6/day.

I ordered tickets online, are they being mailed to me?

We do not mail tickets. All tickets ordered in advance, online or over the phone, should be picked up at Will Call. They will be held under the last name of the person who purchased the tickets unless you request otherwise.

Will tickets be on-sale at the gate or do I need to get them in advance?

Tickets are for sale in advance for a reduced price. They will also be available at the Gate. At the Gate we will accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.

I am coming for all 4-days of the festival but staying elsewhere, where will my wristband be held?

At the ticket booth, get in the Will Call line.

I plan on camping with friends who were the purchasers of the camping passes. I bought my tickets separately from them, where will my wristband be held?

It will be held at the Ticket Booth. All camping will be on the festival grounds, reached via main entrance to the Historic Virginia Key Beach Park.

I purchased my tickets and camping passes at different times, where will my wristband be held?

All tickets and camping passes purchased in advance will be held at the Ticket Booth.

What if i buy a ticket and then can’t come, is it refundable?

No, we’re sorry but tickets are non-refundable.

I am volunteering, where do I go?

If you are volunteering at the festival, please come to the Ticket Booth.

I am volunteering and camping, what should I do?

Come to the ticket booth to sign in and get your passes.

I purchased my tickets without camping, but may decide to camp later or once I arrive at the festival, where will my wristband be held?

At the Ticket Booth. 

I’m trying to figure out how to get to the festival but need a ride, or can offer spaces in my car, any ideas?
