Taxis to Virginia Key from MIA

$31 – Taxis line up outside the airport terminal. The City of Miami is broken into Zones & fares are fixed by law. Be sure driver doesn’t try to charge $41 saying it’s Key Biscayne. It’s not in that zone – it’s before it in Virginia Key, the map on the cab’s window will show this.

SuperShuttle to Virginia Key from MIA

$27 for 1st passenger, $14 each additional. Upon arrival, follow the signs to Lower Level Domestic Baggage Claim, exit the doors to the sidewalk and look for the SuperShuttle Kiosk and/or our Customer Service Representative dressed in a blue shirt displaying the SuperShuttle logo. If for any reason you have difficulty locating our Customer Service Representative, please call 305.871.2000, indicate your location, and a vehicle will be dispatched to pick you up immediately. http://www.supershuttle.com/Home.aspx

To Miami Airport

Taxis will come out to Virginia Key but depending on the time of day (or night) it might take a while for them to get out there. It should cost $31.

From Ft Lauderdale Airport

GO Airport Shuttle, a shared van ride to VK is $23 per person. No reservations required. Just walk up to GO Airport Shuttle podium outside any terminal. Say you’re going to Virginia Key or The Miami Seaquarium (directly across the street from Festival site). 954-561-8888

To FT Lauderdale Airport

From the City of Miami, Take the Miami-Dade Metro Bus

Miami-Dade Metro Bus Connects the Mainland with Virginia Key & Key Biscayne. 102 Route B makes stops at The Brickell Station – The Miami Seaquarium (directly across the street from our site!) – Harbor & Mashta Dr. – Cape Florida State Park on Key Biscayne.
